1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ployo Screening ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Ployo Screening is an AI-powered candidate screening platform that enables companies to create assessments, invite candidates to automated voice screening calls, and review results. The Service includes AI-generated evaluations, recordings, transcripts, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
• Share candidate data with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Exceed your plan's screening quota through automated means
• Use the Service to collect data for purposes unrelated to hiring

5. Screening Data & Recordings

You are responsible for ensuring candidates are informed that their screening calls will be recorded and evaluated by AI. Screening recordings, transcripts, and evaluation results are stored securely and accessible only to authorized users in your organization.

6. Plans & Billing

The Service offers free and paid plans with varying screening quotas. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Unused screenings do not roll over to the next billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. AI-Generated Content

Screening evaluations, English proficiency assessments, and other analyses are generated by AI and should be used as one input in your hiring decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI evaluations and recommend human review of results before making employment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ployo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to hiring decisions made based on AI-generated evaluations.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
